CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Promotional and discounted orders are treated as final sale. These orders are not eligible for returns unless the item is received faulty. This includes early access offers, seasonal campaigns (Eid), and Black Friday promotions. All customers are advised to review sizes and product details before completing their purchase.


Eligibility

  1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.

Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact us at returns@alhaqthobes.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Wait for the return or exchange to be accepted. Once accepted, you will receive the returns address.
  3. Shipping the Item: Ship the item within 3 days of receiving approval; otherwise, the request will be rejected.
  4. Postage Receipt: Send a picture of the postage receipt to returns@alhaqthobes.com.
  5. Include Packing Slip: Please ensure the packing slip is included in the return package.
